	Yellow and Orange Marigold Botanical Robert Sweet Print Colored etching of orange and yellow marigold flowers. Appears to be old paper, appears to have rectangular impression as if from a printing press. Edges are slightly uneven on top right side and bottom, more even on left side (as if from a book?) Top right corner has 151. Bottom reads E.D. Smith Del. Pub by R. Sweet April 1826 Weddell Se ?. possibly Robert Sweet? 	Yellow Rudbekia Botanical Robert Sweet Print Colored etching of yellow flowers in the sunflower family, possibly Rudbeckia. Appears to be an old paper, appears to have rectangular impression as if from a printing press. Edges are slightly uneven on top right side and bottom, more even on left. 	The Grosby House Inn Pacific Grove, California Nina S. Litvinoff Pen & Ink, Handpainted Color A bright yellow Victorian house surrounded by rose trees and a low rock wall. Seagulls fly overhead. Wooden frame with glass. The Grosby House is on the coast of California north of Monterey, California. Inscription reads: Hand painted by Nina S. Litvinoff ‘82. 	The Green Gables Inn Est. 1888 Pacific Grove, California Nina S. Litvinoff ‘82. Pen & Ink, Handpainted Color Green Victorian house with seagulls and a stone fence, a gravel path leads to the steps. Wooden frame with glass. This Queen Anne Victorian was built in 1888. It sits above the Monterey Bay in California. Inscription reads: Hand painted by Nina S. Litvinoff ‘82. 	Out Hi Vista Way Irene Nicklas Oil or acrylic on canvas board Depicted are mountains in orange and purple, the sandy desert in yellow and browns. There are huge white and purple thunderheads against a blue sky. There is no signature visible on the front. It measures about 20x24 or with frame about 26 1/2 x 30 1/2. The back is signed with the title, the date of 1958 and artists address in Newhall. There is also a business card for The Canyon Art Guild, the artists name, phone and the original price of $60. Hi Vista is a tiny city just south of Edwards Air Force Base and north of Palmdale, California. The frame looks like solid pine. The outside and inside edges have gold paint. 	Monterey Cyprus F. Holmes Oil or acrylic on canvas board This is oil or acrylic on board. It is one of the famous Monterey Cypresses growing out of the rocks on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The background is monochromatic; in hues of white to black with a little yellow in the center. The only color appears on the cypress, with hues in dark blue in the foliage and browns in the bark and trunk. The frame matches others made during the 30’s and 40’s but appears newer. It is carved from pine and has gold burnishing. It appears to be solid wood. Art is about 20”x15” outside of frame is about 25”x21” It is signed F. Holmes. 	Amen Corner Mark King Golf Series Framed Print This is a print by Mark King who is famous for his golf artwork. It depicts a golfer on a putting green surrounded by sand traps. The background is filled with colorful shrubs and trees. It is framed in an ornate wood frame. There is damage to the upper left side of frame. Under glass. 	Fionas Susan Rios Signed, Limited Edition Serigraph This is a serigraph titled Fiona's. It depicts the front of Fiona's store, with a small stone path and windows draped with lace curtains. Outside the store is covered in vines and flowers like geranium, hollyhock, iris and daises. It is signed by the artist lower right and numbered XLIV/C (44 of 100) lower right with an embossed mark next to the numbers. Framed: It has a beautiful wood frame with scrollwork. Damage to the upper right corner. Under glass. The back has an inventory tag from Martin Lawrence Galleries reading: Artist: Susan Rios, Title Fionas, Original Serigraph.
